Event Planning and Management

MedCom Collaborative has extensive industry contacts and resources resulting from greater than 70 combined years in the meetings and incentive travel industry, which only increase as we continue to grow and evolve with the industry and its trends.  Technology, media, and overall event conceptualization and design are just as important as the logistics planning of flights, accommodations, transportation and meals.  We are creative in our event marketing and branding solutions, and our consultative and customized approach enables us to offer strategic, unique, turn-key solutions to our clients. It is also our goal to be a partner with our clients and to ensure that the event experience for all participants is as smooth and unobtrusive as possible.

  • Site identification and coordination
    • Complete search based upon client identified specifications
    • Negotiate lodging, meeting space and AV pricing
    • Contracting – we thoroughly review EVERY contract and revise the contract to ensure the most favorable terms for our clients
  • Coordination of all pre-event activities including
    • Registration of participants
    • Securing air travel where required
    • Development of a creative theme and application to all print materials and electronic media
    • Extensive ongoing communication with the meeting host and participants
  • Complete on-site management
    • Managing the meeting venue for all functions, AV, communications, etc
    • Dedicated staff for on-site meeting registration, venue staff interactions and sub-vendor management
    • Plan and oversee ground transfers

MedCom Collaborative Selected as the Event Planner for the 2019 Biohaven Pharmaceuticals BHV4157-207 Investigators’ Meeting

MedCom Collaborative was selected as the event planner for the February 2019 Investigators’ Meeting held in Ft. Lauderdale. We greatly enjoyed delivering another successful event for the Linical Accelovance team and their client, Biohaven Pharmaceuticals. It was a great event and the entire MCC team looks forward to working with the Biohaven/Linical Accelovance team on future meetings.

MedCom Collaborative Selected as the Event Planner for the Seqirus CSLCT-15-03 Investigators’ Meeting

MedCom Collaborative has been selected as the event planner for the August 2016 event to be held in Chicago. This is the 3rd consecutive year that MedCom has provided this service to Seqirus (formerly bioCSL) and Accelovance. We are very excited to be working with the Seqirus/Accelovance teams again.
